Balancing Toner

This product is hydrating and soothing to the skin. Its a thick hydrating toner, not super runny. I use it every day, morning and night. I feel like it does well to hydrate my skin and help the absorbtion of other products that follow. I am inly half way done with the bottle and I have been using is daily for 5 months. Its thick and goes a long way.

I am not sure if the green tea percentage is really substantial in this product. But I still find it soothing, but mostly hydrating.
