Clear Collective Balancing Capsule Toner

It's moisturizing enough on it's own. It's so soothing, when I first used it I had an excema outbreak on my dry patches so I was scared to try something new but this is so soothing and moisturizing✨❤️✨ a lot of cheaper products for me feel like they're sitting on my face and makes it hot but this felt like it sank in beautifully and my face stayed cool.

The little capsules are annoying. I get they were tryna do something different but you always have unbroken capsules left on your face and hands. Not many but annoying to break and rub in. Some just don't want to...
