The Ordinary - IQ review for Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA

This baby is misunderstood. Its purpose is to be part of layers when you are layering actives for hyperpigmentation. I used my first bottle entirely incorrectly. I learnt I needed to use this as my first layers when doing Retinol or Vit C layers to address hyperpigmentation. I used it alone before and saw very little change in hyperpigmentation. You have use things in correct context and with right ingredients to make them work for you. This was same situation with this serum from the ordinary.
