But after a week or so of use, I noticed lots of little closed comedones starting to form. It’s was a sign that this was just not for me - so I stopped. They disappeared after a week, which basically confirmed my suspicious that the texture was too heavy for me.

Idk how I feel about this. This was really nice in the first few days of use. The emollient texture coated my skin really nicely, leaving a breathable but protective layer that locked in my actives and hydrating layers. It was also really refreshing as it gave a burst of cooling hydration as you rub it in.
