To begin with it has this beautifull packaging which is really clean and classic to me. It is free of parrabens and mineral oils. Its texture is watery if you dont shake the bottle but once you shake the bottle it will have this milky and little viscous texture. It absorbs into the skin quickly but not so quickly.Like almost other toners it leaves a glow on the skin and skin feels plumped afterwards.It does remove traces of make up .It does have panax ginseng root extracts and seassame oil.
