This is one of those thick moisturizers that gives you a nice comfortable feeling on the skin.
I've been struggling with seborrheic dermatitis, which flared up recently, hence my apathy and antisocial behaviour. I didn't want to leave the house with my constantly itching skin, with red patches. It became worse when I've applied makeup, to cover up those annoying red zones.
Then I've included this moisturizer in my routine and gradually my skin started to behave better. Been using this for more than 1 month now, it's almost gone and this is a miracle in the bottle for sensitive folks.
The Simply Better Barrier is enriched with 17 botanical extracts, prebiotics and probiotics to calm and hydrate the skin. The pH level is 5.5 which is a crucial factor for people with eczema and other skin conditions.
The texture is on the thicker side, but it spreads nicely and it absorbs well. I shall wait for it to absorb completely, but I can always feel it's there. For this reason, I'm using it mostly at night.
The scent is indescribable to me, more like a clean scent. I'm glad it doesn't smell nasty or chemical like other fragrance free products.
👍I like the way that manufacturer specify it's an all over product for hands, face and body. It's a moisturizer dammit, you don't need different tubes to do the job😆
I would be happy if this multifunctional products comes in a bigger container (think Illiyoon lotions) and the price is just not justified for me (52$ for 2 Oz/ 60 ml). Also it's not very accessible, and I think skincare should be available for anyone and this one doesn't seem to be.
