The Avarelle Zitout X-Large Acne Patch is impressively big, large enough to cover your cheek, which makes it ideal for handling larger breakouts or multiple spots in one go. I’ve used it on my brother’s active acne—the pointy, red kind, and found that it’s great at pulling out impurities and reducing inflammation.
This patch sticks well and doesn’t fall off easily, but for the best results, I’d recommend leaving it on for an extended time. A quick 15-minute application might not be effective. A longer wear seems to really help it draw out more of the “gunk” from the acne.
Since it pulls out impurities, just be prepared… it can get a bit painful as it works. Overall, while it’s effective and I might use it again, I’d say it’s best suited for those who want a strong solution for stubborn, active acne.
