Double Serum

Good combo with the 1st Toner from the same brand, Azulene collection. It feels amazing right from the fridge as its consistency is a bit creamy for a serum, but it helps really well controlling the dryness from the toner. You can even use two different serums in that routine cause it's lightweight and absorbs pretty quickly.

If you use it isolated from the brand on a routine it won't make any difference at all, I prefer to use other stronger niaciamide products in order to control oiliness.
