It has a bright tint and it's affordable. You can use it when you want an ombre lipstick style.

I don't know if I can consider it as a lip balm because it's very drying. I think it's more on lipstick. It didn't moisturize my lips. Also when you apply it, I think you should just tap it on your lips because it's very pigmented.
