Houttuynia Cordata Extract

Very soothing and calming. Has a slight cooling sensation, smells just like a red/black tea! Gives an ok hydration for my dry skin, and a great 'buffer' between actives.

Should've been named a toner instead of essence... it's so watery, lol. Also, doesn't give me the hydration I expected. I need to use 2-4 layers for this essence to feel hydrating enough.
