Hydrates and strengthens hair, especially great for long hair prone to split ends, and as I have long hair I pretty much enjoyed this Adds softness and a smooth texture, reducing tangling and making it easier to manage. It smells really good but this might be a bad thing for the sensitive people

Could weigh hair down if applied too close to the roots.
