This lipstick liner pencil has a creamy texture. It doesn’t leave my lips dry like many other liners do. I like to wear it as a base. It has a dark pigment and Lasts much longer than other liners do. I use the color beeper. You do have to sharpen as you go.

Wish it had a self sharpening tool.
