I got this product as a freebie when Laneige had a 11.11 promo last year. Laneige is so generous on giving away lots of freebies, I must say.

This product is similar to a micellar water except that is product has 2 separate layers which mean that the top layer is non polar, and the bottom layer is polar. (Ya girl knows her science, since I’m a chemist so... 🤪) I can’t use the term oil for the top layer part since the bottle says it’s an oil-free remover. Anyway, the top layer part is for the removal of grease,oil, and makeup while the bottom layer is for the removal of dirt and others that can be washed away with water.
This product is specific for lip and eye, but I also use it for the rest of my face and it still effectively cleanses everything, and yup even waterproof makeup. For application, you have to shake the bottle well to get both of the layers mixed together temporarily. What I do is pour some on a cotton pad and cleanse my whole face with it, then wash my face with a facial wash. Afterwards, I look at my face for the result and my face is completely clean with no residue of any makeup that I had throughout the today.
