Dermaco 2% salicylic acid serum is ok, it's slightly running in consistency. It works for acne and bumpy skin. If your face purging it's totally normal overtime your skin will get used to it.

It takes time some times it feels like not working. It's my first time using salicylic acid so I don't know if is working or not. So I wanna try using different brand
