This is my first time trying a rice toner and now I am hooked. This milky toner saturates my skin in hydration. It contains Goami Rice Extract that balances the oil in my skin. It exfoliates and unclogs my pores by removing dead skin cells. It soothes while locking in moisture. It preps my skin while protecting its barrier. I splash it on and let it absorb. It leaves my skin soft and healthy looking

I do not have anything bad to say about this toner.
