This lip balm is a chemical sunscreen consisting of 3 chemical UV filters:
ā¢ Avobenzone 3%
ā¢ Homosalate 15%
ā¢ Octisalate 5%
It also contains calendula extract to soothe chapped lips, panthenol, safflower oil & wheat germ oil to moisturize and candelila wax to form a protective barrier.
Despite the strong SPF protection, this lip balm doesn't have that typical weird sunscreen taste. It actually taste sweet and slightly floral. It's moisturising, doesn't feel too waxy, glides smoothly and comfortable to wear daily. Overall, an excellent lip sunscreen at a good price.
