Finished a bottle and honestly don’t know if it did what it claimed. It’s supposed to be a barrier strengthening/repairing product.
The texture is lightweight and spreads easily but it’s sticky and shiny on my oily skin. This might have a different finish on other skin types though.
It stings a bit when applied on irritated skin. It doesn’t cool, calm, or soothe. Disappointing because I love the Soothing Gel moisturizer from this brand.
Did not break me out so that’s one good thing. Also hydrating and free of alcohol, fragrance and essential oil.
Has an impressive ingredient list! Contains Glycerin, Niacinamide, Centella Asiatica Extract, N-Palmitoyl Serinol (Neuromide), Bifida Ferment Lysate, Acetyl Glucosamine, Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil, Allantoin, Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hypericum Perforatum Flower Extract (St.John's Wort), Adenosine, Ceramide NP, and Resveratrol.
Sticky and makes my oily skin greasy. Can sting. It wasn’t refreshing, soothing, or enjoyable to use. Might be better for dry to normal skin types.
The dropper is not the best, it can’t suck up product effectively. It requires multiple pinches and keeps introducing air into the bottle. I had to replace it with a pump dispenser.
