First off, the scent is amazing. The neroli fragrance is fresh and uplifting, making my cleansing routine feel like a little spa moment. The texture of the balm is rich and creamy. It melts into an oil when you apply it, which makes it super easy to spread on my skin. It removes makeup and dirt really well without leaving my skin feeling stripped or dry. After rinsing, my face feels clean, soft, and hydrated.
On the downside, the packaging could be a bit more user-friendly. The balm comes in a jar, which means you have to dip your fingers in. I prefer products with a pump or a scoop for better hygiene.
Also, if you’re not a fan of balms, you might find it a bit heavy compared to gel or foam cleansers. It takes a little getting used to, but I think it’s worth it for the results.
