This product is super easy to use. Fill the spray bottle with water and one of the vials of product. Use the spray bottle to apply generously to hair, which is great because it minimizes mess. You leave it on for only 10 minutes. So pack your lunch or pick out your outfit for the day while it works it's magic, then hop in the shower and shampoo and condition as usual. After use my hair was definitely softer and less frizzy, and just generally looked healthier. I don't have super damaged hair though, so I can't comment on the efficiency for those that do. But for minor damage I would definitely recommend using it at least once a week.
