I wouldn’t use this forever due to the active ingredients. I suggest using this until your body acne heals and use it alternately with your other shower gel.

Alcohol-free, fragrance-free, contains salicylic acid, LHA & Niacinamide. 
Salicylic acid - great for body acne
LHA - exfoliate skin, great for body acne
Niacinamide - minimize pores, improve uneven skin tone

I recommend it for people who don’t want fragrance in their body wash, people with body acne, and people who suffer from bad body odour. This really works for me. Texture is very thick too.
