hydrating toner has minimal ingredients but the benefits are ok 👌🏼

my review: so far I was using this toner for 2 months with no negative effect. For the brightening effect, I don't really took attention, but for acne scars it is enough to help fade, although not significant, but rather tarnish the scars. By the way, I also just found out that the content of vitamin B3 (niacinamide) in this toner is 5%, for me this is a high concentration. but lately I really like incorporating active ingredients into my routine. so far this toner is safe to combine with aha, bha, retinol and vitamin c. even though it feels a little bit tingling but it doesn't bother me.
