Have you ever made rice water at home for beauty purposes? Hehe, about 7-8 years ago, I used to wash my face with rice water after cooking rice. But now, I've found a product made from rice extract that helps brighten my skin. It’s a toner extracted from Yeojoo rice in Korea, an island famous for its traditional rice wine that has a creamy white color and a sweet, nourishing fragrance. Just like the toner, it contains abundant nutrients that help beautify the skin, especially for dull, lackluster skin with poor elasticity. The toner has two layers: an oil layer and a rice water layer. When shaken well, you will feel the moisture it provides to your skin, so I think this product would be more suitable for dry skin than oily skin.
