This locally-made toner has been on my wishlist for years and I finally got my hands on it! 😍 After testing it for about 3 weeks, here’s my experience!

🌷Saffron caught my attention as it’s known to fight inflammation, hyperpigmentation, and UV damage for a brighter complexion!
🌷As a hydrating toner, I skip the cotton pads and pour it directly into my palm for max benefits. The texture is watery yet viscous, leaving a dewy finish that nourishes and plumps my skin
