Not really, there's no atomizer cap, it's a regularnie bottle. I actually like to pour it into my palms and slather my face with it. The bottle is huge so it last for ages 😀

This is interesting, is it a cross of toner & mist? 

First thing to land on my skin in the morning. This wonderful potion wakes me up and moistens my skin. I guve it a couple minutes before applying my favourite Vitamin C serum.It absorbs quickly, I just love it. It's very gentleman on my dry skin, doesn't irritate or tighten it. I wholheartedly recommend it. oh and the bottle last forever.
