BeautyStat Universal C Skin Refiner Serum is a very unique vitamin C formulated skin care because of the fast dry down that leaves your skin feeling matte and smooth. Most vitamin C formulas I have tried in the past are in an oil or liquid formula that does not dry down completely or leaves your skin feeling or looking glowy or sticky. This one dries down completely in second. My skin instantly looked brighter and reminded me of the effect of some matte primers. Similar to the effect that Benefit porefessional primer leaves behind. I did experience some tingling, but it quickly went away. My skin did feel dry, so I added a moisturizer on top. I would not recommend this to people with sensitive skin because vitamin C could be irritating. I enjoyed it and would definitely repurchase.
