Nice patch! This solved my inflamed pimple with head. Make sure that your pimple already have head coz it won't be extracted by patches if it doesn't have head. Tho, it is perfect if you want to conceal your pimple and for those people like me, who touch their pimple unconsciously.
It worked overnight as you can see on the attached photo below, from having that reddish inflamed pimple to smooth surface and almost gone pimple. I usually have 2-3 pimple each month and this patch can fix them overnight. It doesn't fall easily even though I oil up so much and is almost transparent.
For dark spot, usually my serum with niacinamide could fix that easily, I treat them for few weeks then it will lighten. I recommend this for people who doesn't really have big pimples (cystic). This will last for many months since it contains 80 patches and this cost me like 4 dollars. (Worth it!)
