Romand - nCaila review for #16 Figrise

I’m in love with this Korean watery lip tint stain. The shade is a gorgeous milky mauve, and the stain lasts so long! I swatched it on my hand, and it stayed there all day. You can wear it on its own, or top it off with a lip balm, oil, or gloss. When worn alone, it gives more of a milky finish, so I prefer to reapply the tint. The great thing is, since it’s a tint, you don’t need to reapply too often. I put in pictures of the stain on my hand wiped and just applied. I’d leave it on for 30s at least to get the stain going. This isn’t drying at all on its own
