The blemish treatment has a unique aspect, pouring one bottle of the blemish solution onto cotton balls which you can then pick up with tweezers included. The discoloration care comes with the standard dropper and the blemish treatment comes with tweezers allowing for standard sanitary conditions. The discoloration care is a tad thinner than most serums but it also allows the product to be spread further and therefore, use less of the product.
The blemish treatment’s packaging leaks from the hinge where it closes and I’ve found it rather bothersome. The discoloration care’s bottle is better quality which makes me wonder why they cheaped out on the blemish treatment… Maybe for the experience of pouring the solution onto the cotton balls, but it shouldn’t take away from the overall quality of packaging.
The blemish treatment’s cotton balls are small… Like using the tweezers becomes useless because it’s hard to grip onto the cotton balls kind of small. I think slightly bigger cotton balls would be helpful but overall, I think the aspect of pouring the solution over the cotton balls is not worth the sacrifices (small application through a cotton ball the size of a large pill, faulty packaging).
It has a bit of a chemical-like smell, it’s not particularly strong but it’s bothersome when applied around the nose.
I’ve personally found the products do not do much for my skin so I’ve given it to a friend BUT my friend has found it works for their deeper acne scars and hyperpigmentation. This product has not quite worked on me but I believe other people may enjoy this product.
