Calamine Anti Blemish Gel Moisturizer

product review positives
What I like about this product: -It's not sticky and is more on the watery/gel consistency, not heavy on the skin (no face is drowning feeling) - MY OILY FACE IS LESS OILY NOW GIVING ME FRESHLY BLOTTED FACE - I noticed it dried my pimples in 2 to 3 days - I can see my skin tone evened out a bit, my used to be dark spots lightened - A little squeeze goes a long way - I wake up looking smooth nourished (I apply it at night before bed) - For some reason, smells just like going to the dentist, I personally like the smell (you'll get it once you have it lol) I made sure I used the product for 2 weeks before leaving a review. This is the first purchase I made after seeing it as a holy grail here on Picky. I used it with the fresh skinlab's jeju ice facial foam and jeju ice 5.5 ph toner.
product review negatives
What may be cons for other people(I actually dont have a problem with the product but this might help): -It did say in the bottle to use a sunblock after if you apply it in the morning. Since it has a little bit of lighting effect, it is recommended to not burn your face. I understand it though thats why I only use it at night because I'm lazy to use sunblock. -If you have an active pimple, the area around the pimple might get reddish but its goes away after a few minutes. Applying it consistently though will indeed heal your pimples. At least for me. Additional: I actually tried to combo this with cosrx gentle salicylic acid cleanser and the jeju 5.5 toner and I actually felt that it had better results than using the jeju foam wash. I like it overall. I will keep this in my routine.

hello! sorry for the late reply. For me, it is moisturizing enough even if in the morning i look and feel fresh after using it. It feels and works like an aloe vera gel which i like since some gel moisturizers i used before didn't work. I didn't follow up any serums and such but i did use the 5.5 ph toner from the fresh skinlab before applying it.

Hi! Is it hydrating/moisturizing enough for night time without any other products like toner/essence/mositurizer as follow up?

Hello! You can check if the ingredients is good for your skin type it worked for me since i just used Picky's rating when it comes to choosing a product. But the final decision is yours to make. I hope that helps 🤞
