I've used Lip Balms, Lip Butters and Lip Masks before, obviously, but this is the very first time I've ever used a Lip Essence! Before learning about the Torriden one, I even didn't know Lip Essences were a thing! 😉 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧? The Torriden Solid In Ceramide Lip Essence is a lightwheight gel textured lip balm containing Organic Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter, Macadamia Oil, Olive Oil and 5 kinds of Ceramides, for a deep moisturizing and hydrating effect. It creates an intensive moisture barrier for the lips and also gently removes dead skin cells by exfoliating the lips, leaving them smooth and nourished. This lip balm is clean and vegan. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: This lip product has no scent at all. Personally, don't mind a nice scent but I do can imagine this lip product having no scent is a huge pro for some. It doesn't have any taste either, which is great because in my opinion, most flavored lipbalms don't taste that good after all... 😉 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: The Torriden Solid In Ceramide Lip Essence has a very lightwheight, clear colored and non sticky gel texture that glides over the lips effortlessly. In opposite to many other lip products, this Lip Essence doesn't feel sticky but you do feel it while wearing it, it lays a moisturizing layer over the lips, which is noticeable. It feels comfortable though and doesn't dry out the lips. Since it isn't a plumping balm, it doesn't leave a tingling sensation either. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: This Lip Essence comes in a small yellow plastic tube with a matte finish, a white screw cap and a white colored applicator which is build into the tube, making it really easy and convenient to use. It's small and convenient size makes it easy to take it with you too. The tube comes in a small white and yellow carton box, but sadly, apart from the name of the product, all other info mentioned on the box is in Korean so I have no idea what it says exactly. The packaging is sustainably made, which is great. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: After application, my lips feel hydrated, nourished and soft and look a bit moist. It doesn't feel sticky, but, as I mentioned before, you do feel there's a layer on your lips while wearing it. It's mild and gentle but definitely gives enough hydration and locks in so much moisture, making it also perfect to nourish those dried out winterlips and to use as a lip mask at night when layering it some more. When waking up the next morning, my lips still feel soft, smooth, firm and moisturized! 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: I love the Torriden Solid In Ceramide Lip Essence! I love it's convenient size and how soft, moisturized and nourished it makes my lips feel! I also love that it's also suitable to use as a lip mask overnight and that it's perfect to nourish dry winterlips!
