I have tried three brands of modeling masks so far: Daiso, Medipeel and Lindsay.
All of them are similar and I would get any that's affordable. They're not really necessary to elevate my skincare routine though.
These as well as the medipeel ones comes in plastic cups along with plastic spoons/spatulas for easy use.
1. Pour spoonfuls of water into the spatula, then quickly stir to adjust the density. It should not be watery, yet smooth and easy to apply.
2. Apply the well-mixed modeling pack to your face and spread it evenly. I cover my whole face, including my mouth and obviously leave my nostrils free.
3. After about 15 to 20 minutes, remove the hardened pack and cleanse the residue with toner or water. Don't wash off! Apply basic cosmetics as usual.
I like that these masks are fun to use and especially the cooling effect they have while on my face!
I use one cup for two applications because there's way too much powder in there. Just put half of the powder in a different container or jar and close well & just use one half. Don't forget to keep the spatula (or even the cup) for the next use.
I don't have a preference between Lindsay and Medipeel because they're very similar. The Lindsay one have more of a scent in comparison and their cups come with a plastic lid on top of the plastic foil.
