It is not easy at all to apply because of the texture of the tissue. I literally spend 5 minutes to put it correctly on my face. 
Moreover, it stink a little bit (however, the smell get away when the mask dry)

I put this mask after adobo oil cleansing with hot water. Then I apply the mask and let it dry for about 20 minutes.
I really like how the mask stay in place on your face and do not fall. In addition, with that, it is very effective to get rid of an excess of sebum and filament sebase.
And when you take it off there is just a little bit of product on your skin but with a little bit water, you can clean it easily.
