I was quite surprised I loved this toner as much as I did. I noticed effects after a couple days of using it, my skin was brighter and more hydrated. Specifically with the pads, they feel a lot more hydrating than the actual toner AND they the pad itself stretches so you can mold it to fit your face. My makeup applied more or less the same but my natural face was a lot less dry than it usually appears to be.
My main problem is the fact these are toner pads, they’re not very environmentally friendly and not something I’d reach for just for that reason but it has a wonderous formula. The price point of these pads are also on the pricier side, using two pads twice a day only allows for 15 days of use (60 pads). The actual rice toner runs around the same price point to lower with 150ml compared to the toner pads’ 140ml and you can get more uses out of it. Other than that, these are lovely.
