Alcohol-Free Lavender Witch Hazel Toner

If you're looking for a solid simple toner, this is a great one to try. It smells great, it's very reasonably priced, and it's just a simple witch hazel toner that helps with the skin. It's also alcohol-free which is a huge Plus for me. There are much better toners out there, but for a beginner this is a good start.

It's just a very simple toner. There's nothing wrong with that, but for someone who's looking for more for their toner I would skip this one.
