I have 05 Nougat Sand and 06 Kaya Fig. You hear everyone complaining about the sticky formula but for some reason, I used to have the opposite problem. The balm was quite hard and dry. This caused me to drift away from using it until recently because l've begun wear makeup less and I wanted a quick and painless lip product of some sort to apply. I decided to try this again and the more I used it, the easier it became to apply. I personally haven't had any issues with a sticky lip product and found this is quite easy to just apply and go. It has a nice natural finish and it's giving my lips but better.
I was worried the balm would melt in my pocket but to my surprise it didn't! I believe this is from the cooling metal (?) inner layer. I have seen people talk about it melting within their bags for prolonged time in the heat so I wouldn't recommend leaving it somewhere humid for too long.
These glasting balms are not as shiny as the product pictures. I do not think this is at all worth the price ($14USD) considering it gives the same effect as a tinted lip balm. If you don't mind the price, I think it'd be... okay.
If you're looking for something that's stains, I do not recommend this product. I'm constantly on the look out for a product that will last past a meal and this product lasts about a drink of water or two.
For packaging, I think it's alright. Balms aren't my preferred lip product but I do like the design of this one. It's quite sleek and small, it would be great to put in your pocket if it wasn't infamously known for melting. Haha, melting balm.
Per usual, with lip products do your research on swatches ON YOUR SKIN TONE or close to it because the swatches on the website are not always the most accurate. I made the mistake of hastily buying both of these while they were on sale and only like one (05 Nougat Sand) and found 06 Kaya Fig to be too pinky for my liking.
