This is a very simple, very affordable hydrating and soothing toner that does what it's supposed to do. The ingredient list is super short and simple, but contains multiple excellent hydrating and soothing ingredients: glycerin, panthenol, allantoin, aloe vera, and hyaluronic acid. My dry skin really likes it layered under a moisturizer (and other products with active ingredients). It's also cruelty free, vegan, and like I mentioned: super affordable (around 4.90 € for 250 ml).
The consistency is very watery, just a tiny bit more viscous than water. It sinks into my skin immediately and provides a nice base to layer my serum on top.
I don't think this is available outside of Finland, but I might be wrong. The packaging also isn't exactly fancy, but personally I'm OK with that.
