#MaskingMonday with @forbelovedone Hyaluronic Acid GHK-Cu Moisturizing Biocellulose Mask. I’ve always wanted to try this, lucky it was gifted to me by @craig.guerrero last Christmas.
✨ This claims to be the
world’s first bio-cellulose mask with the best skin affinity, fits skin perfectly but also provides deeper penetration and better absorption of essence.
Key ingredients include
GHK-Cu and rare minerals such as Malachite, to give skin instant repair and to rejuvenate skin. Hyaluronic Acid replenishes and locks in moisture to leave skin dewy, soft and supple.
✨ Biocellulose (aka face condom 😝) is my fave mask material, although I find this particular mask is thicker than others I’ve tried (maybe because it’s first generation?). It does adhere well and doesn’t budge from start to finish but it does feel heavier to wear. Essence is gel-like in viscosity but non-tacky, and has a smoky scent. Masked this for a good half hour but it was damp enough that I could’ve gone longer.
✨ This gave me amazing skinfeel post-mask: my skin was soft and bouncy, and also super smooth — I didn’t expect this texture refining effect but yes, I’ll take it. My skin also looked radiant and dewy — instant glow up — and the effects carried over to the morning after.
✨ What I’m not too crazy about is the price, which swings from $6-15 apiece depending on where you buy — way more than what I’d spend for any one mask — so I’m glad I got to try this. Not opposed to purchasing because of great results, but maybe in Taiwan and only for a good deal.
