Hello. I guess it doesnt have any cooling effect once you applied it but it has shea butter and avocado oil which gives you a sensational and moisturizing feeling. And it does taste good! 😊

One of the effective and best moisturizing lip balm. I use it especially on winter and dry season. It keeps my lips moisturize and hydrates. I like the soft texture when you apply it. I do like lip balms without after taste when you used it.
