I can say with confidence that the toner moisturizes well, especially immediately after washing. COSRX Galactomyces Alcohol free Toner does not conflict with the products that I put on it: emulsion, essence, cream, foundation, nothing rolls off. And also after applying the toner there is no stickiness or any unpleasant sensations.

I haven't noticed the effect of lightening the skin yet
