Overall a decent affordable option for summer toners..its watery..but not as thin as water..It provides hydration just fine but its better for use when layered with other hydrating products..I personally feel its more suitable for combination to oily skin ..dry skin types can definitely find some better options.

Contains essential oils.. although it didn't senstize my skin but might bother super senstive skin types.. Also for dry skin types there are better toners available which can do better on hydration terms.. Hope it helps!:)
