This micellar water is designed to remove makeup, sunscreen, and impurities. The formula includes soothing and hydrating ingredients in addition to the four different types of surfactants to effectively cleanse the skin. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive.
I typically go for a cleansing balm or oil as the first step of my night routine but I do love having a micellar water on hand for those times when I’m extra tired. I used it with a makeup remover cloth and it easily removed my entire face of makeup. The only thing I had a little trouble with was when I had on waterproof mascara, but I expected that. After using this cleansing water my skin isn’t dry or tight, and I don’t have any eye irritation using it near my eyes. Although it doesn’t have any added fragrance, I picked up on a slight cucumber smell.
