This cream is recommended for normal to dry skin, and mine is quite oily, but I decided to use it as an occlusive night cream during the drier months since I live in a desert. It has an extremely strong scent. You cannot doubt the high concentration of ginseng as it smells distinctly like the woody root. It applies very smoothly and provided me moisture all the way into the daytime. After a couple weeks of trying it I think it honestly did help with my skin texture. It's a very nice cream with great ingredients, and seems to be effective.
