Hydrating Gel-Cream

It is a pretty decent budget moisturizer with a nice texture. It goes on smoothly and isn't super heavy or sticky. It is good for the price.

The scent is very strong and perfume like which is fine for me but not so much for anyone with sensitive skin or anyone who dislikes scented facial products.
