The toner is clear in appearance, colloidal or gelatinous in consistency without scent. 🤍Usage After facial washing, I towel dry my face and apply this toner using my palms, massaging it on my face until fully absorbed. 🤍Experience and Observations I use this morning and night. It is not sticky nor slimy and can be absorbed by my skin fast. It moisturize my skin well preventing dry patches to show up. I have not seen drastic change on my pigmentations yet so I will continuously use this toner until I get its maximum effect.
