pickyruh review for Aloe Soothing Moist Toner

It has watery texture, feels cool on the skin. This is my first toner and I absolutely love it. it helps calm down my skin and soothes my iratated skin. I use this before wearing my mask so it really helps with the iratations and friction the mask causes. It's quenches the thirst of my dehydrated skin. I'm so glad my skin has started being less flaky because of this toner. I usually apply this 2skin or 3 skin method.
