The only downside is that the packaging could be more user-friendly — sometimes it dispenses too much product at once. Also, it might not be rich enough for people with very dry skin, as it’s more focused on gentle cleansing and relief rather than heavy moisturization.

Hmmm for me the dispenser is okay tho, maybe you push too much. Or maybe there's defect on it. Mine was okay but if you turn it around sometimes it doesn't open hahaha
