Black Rice Toner

Product is very quick to dry even before you pat for better absorption. It also doesn't feel sticky/tacky after application

I wouldn't say it's 100% fragrance free since there IS a teeny bit of scent but it's not really a big deal. But it does take a bit of effort to get the liquid out to get the appropriate amount for your face.
