✨ Texture and Scent : this has a watery texture with almost zero viscosity at all. I usually go for cotton pad application method or decanting it to mist spray bottle for easier application. It brings a cooling and refreshing sensation without any stickiness or tackiness - ✨ My opinion about this toner is, I had really high expectations for this and I gotta say ; I thoroughly enjoyed using this! My dehydrated skin loved the deep nourishing and leaving me with plumped and healthy skin It has been such a staple in my household. It's also great that it is actually pretty affordable ( you can find many discount/sale 😂) RECOMMENDED for all skin types, especially dehydrated skin. I think, people would love this in the summer, as it hydrates without any stickiness.
