I think this is too heavy for oily skin and even for combination skin. Fungal Acne Safe: ❌ It includes several ingredients (wax esters, certain emulsifiers) that are commonly flagged as triggers in fungal acne. Overall Rating: (2/5 ⭐️) I gave it a 2 out of 5 ratings because sadly, it wasn’t a match for me. As someone with combination skin, I found the texture a bit too thick and heavy, I was worried it might clog my pores. The scent was also a challenge. It reminded me of toilet cleaner, which I think might be due to some of the ingredients or fragrance components in the formula. That said, I believe this balm could work well for very dry or sensitive skin, especially in the winter months when you need extra barrier support and hydration. Just not the best fit for my skin type.
