This is a product that has too much going on.
It's basically a brightening cleansing balm, which is quite unnecessary for a product that will only removed make-up.
This is a pretty okay-ish product for me. It does remove makeup quite beautifully and it emulsify easily as well. Washing it off wasn't a problem at all although it does cloud my eyes which is quite bothersome.
I like the texture as well.
My concern is the alpha arbutin. As someone who has sensitive skin I can't stand this ingredient on a daily basis. And something is making my skin itch. It could be the fragrance.
I don't use it daily since i can already tell that I'm allergic to something. But i do use it 3x a week or if i have heavy make-up on, and it's performing well in that way.

The only reason i gave it a fairly high rating is because it's affordable, it works, easily accessible and did not irritate my skin that much.

No. Even though the other cleansing balm is twice it's price, i rather have that one.

No. The performance is really good, the texture is okay as well. But there's something wrong with the formulation and for a cleansing balm that you won't be able to use on a daily basis, just invest in something more safe.
